Customer Service Centre

Prefer to visit in person?  We'd love to see you.  But if you aren't near us it's easier to exchange a tag by mail.  

  • Just email or phone to say the tag is faulty.
  • We'll mail your new tag, and you can mail the old one to us: Private Bag 78 Moorebank NSW 1875.  
  • Return it within a month and there’s no charge for the new tag, plus we’ll refund any fees that occured because the tag was faulty.        

TIP: Some tags beep softly.  Your statement will include 'LPN FEE TRIPs' if your tag is missing a beep.
