How to pay outstanding M5 tolls for non tag account holders |
If you don't pay the toll, as you pass through the toll plaza E-way®
lane, an image of your licence plate will be recorded.
We understand that first time motorway users can find themselves in the
wrong lane and therefore miss payment. If this happens to you, contact
us and make arrangements to pay the toll and administration fee.
Alternatively, you can post a cheque or money order for the toll plus
$10.00 administration charge for each trip with a description of your
vehicle, licence plate number, date and time to:

If you fail to notify us, or if you continue to use the motorway without
paying, you will receive a letter asking that you pay the toll plus
a $10.00 administration fee for each occasion.

you take no action, or do not send ALL
the required information, an infringement notice and fine
of $141.00 will be issued. Pay now and
save additional costs and stress. |
