Have you travelled on the M5 and received a Toll Notice letter, have an E-way account and wish to pay by credit card? Then fax your violation letter complete with relevant details to: 02 9825 2382.

All enquiries regarding Statutory Declarations must be directed to the Toll Compliance Department at the address on the letter. Unfortunately the staff at Interlink Roads are unable to assist with Statutory Declarations.

If you don't pay the toll, either electronically or with cash, as you pass through the toll plaza an image of your licence plate will be recorded.

NB: if you have an E-way® tag it will give a single clear beep when it functions. Any other, or no sound is a sign the tag has not paid a toll.

Act and Save - Report a Failure to Pay the Toll

If you have travelled on the M5 and you are an existing E-way account holder or have an account with an alternate tag provider (e.g. RTA, Roam etc) please click here.

In such situations you can report a missed toll by calling 1300 658 652 (Monday to Friday), after the event. We understand that first time motorway users can find themselves in the wrong lane and therefore miss payment. If this happens to you, contact us and make arrangements to pay the toll and administration fee. If you fail to notify us, or if you continue to use the motorway without paying, you will receive a letter asking that you pay the toll plus a $10.00 administration fee for each occasion. This will also happen if you are a customer who fails to mount their tag correctly, or if you do not keep your account in credit.

Don't ignore these letters. If you do, you will receive an infringement from the NSW Infringement Processing Bureau. The fine is currently $150.00 for each offence.

Help us help you. If you are a cash payer – KEEP LEFT at the toll plaza. If you have an E-way® account, make sure you mount your tag correctly, always ensure your account is in credit; notify us of change of card or new expiry date and contact us if you don't hear a single long beep. You can check your account balance any time by calling 1300 555 833 (Monday to Friday).

If you do not have an E-way® tag:
Post a cheque or money order for toll plus $10.00 administration charge for each trip with a description of your vehicle, licence plate number, date and time to:
