December 2008 Statements

Important
Customers who receive statements for October to December, or who receive monthly statements, can now download their December 2008 statement from E-way On-line.

Your Contact Details

Are your details up-to-date? Check your information on E-way On-line and make any necessary amendments.

It is particularly important your e-mail address is correct so that you are notified of when your statement is ready to download.

Statement Troubles?

If you receive the message "This file is damaged and cannot be repaired" when you attempt to view your E-way statement on-line, the issue is most probably an outdated version of Adobe Reader.

Please download the latest version of Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website [page will open in new window/tab] and try again.

 
 

Register

To register for E-way® On-line, you must already be a customer of E-way®. Complete Registration Details below and a password will be emailed to you so that you can use the system. The password sent to you is a one time only password. When you first log in with it, you will be asked to nominate a new password.

Environmentally Friendly Electronic Statements
Once you have registered, you can view, download and print your statements anytime from the comfort of your home - say goodbye to paper filing as you will no longer receive paper statements through the post. We will send you an e-mail notifying you that your statement is available, usually on the 2nd business day after month end. If you choose to revert to paper statements a charge of $2.20 per statement will apply.

Having trouble finding your Account Number or Tag Number?

You can find them in the top right hand corner of your statement. Your Account Number will appear as Customer Account Number and your Tag Number is your Active Tag Number as shown in the image below.
