Having trouble finding your Account Number?
You can find your account number in the top right hand corner of your statement. Your Account Number will appear as Customer Account Number as shown in the image below.

Why electronic statements?
- See your statement sooner. We will send you an e-mail notifying you that your statement is available, usually on the 2nd business day after month end.
- Electronic statements are free. If you do however, choose to have your statement to be posted, a charge of $2.20 per statement will apply.
- Environmentally friendly electronic statements mean less paper whilst reducing the need for paper filing.
- Convenience at your finger tips. Once you have registered, you can view, download and if needed print your statements from the comfort of your own PC.
