Are your details up-to-date? Check your information on E-way On-line and make any necessary amendments.

It is particularly important your e-mail address is correct so that you are notified of when your statement is ready to download.

Statement Troubles?

If you receive the message "This file is damaged and cannot be repaired" when you attempt to view your E-way statement on-line, the issue is most probably an outdated version of Adobe Reader.

Please download the latest version of Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website [page will open in new window/tab] and try again.

November Statements

Customers who receive statements for September to November, or who receive monthly statements, can now download their statement from E-way On-line.

 
 

Account Application

Setting up an E-way® account has never been easier. You can elect to set your account up by completing the online application or you can go to our "Download Form" link to download and print the application form.
