$40 incl GST per tag (includes 1 bracket)
Please note, to be eligible to have your tag deposit refunded, tags must be returned
in unmarked and working order.

| Extra Bracket Charge
|
There is no charge for extra E-way® brackets. If you require an extra
bracket please call in at any one of the following locations:
- E-way® Tag Service Centre (Unit 5, 66 Heathcote Road, Moorebank)
- M5 Motorway (Administration building - Westbound)
- M4 Motorway (Customer Service Office- 148 Adderley St Auburn)
- Eastern Distributor (1st Floor Reception, 43 Bourke St, Woolloomooloo)
Extra brackets can also be ordered on line.

Statement Charge
|
Electronic Statements are issued free. To be eligible, you must register your
existing account or apply for a Toll Account with E-way® On-line.

Paper statements are issued quarterly or monthly with a charge of $2.20 per statement.

You can reprint your statements for free If you have registered or applied for a Toll Account with
E-way® On-line.

| Inactive Toll Account Charge
|
If your account is marked inactive under Clause 7 of the
Terms & Conditions, an inactive toll account charge of $6.00 incl GST per quarter will apply..
To avoid the Inactive Toll Account Charge, E-way®
customers only have to use their tag once every three
months.

| Direct Debit Dishonour Charge |
Cheque/Savings accounts only
$8.10 incl GST, per dishonour

| American Express Surcharge |
| A surcharge of 1.2% of transaction value |

| Special Direct Debit
|
You can change your direct debit amount or top up your Toll Account online at
E-way® On-line at no charge.

If you telephone our Customer Service Call Centre requesting a top up or special
payment to your Toll Account a $5 charge will apply. If you increase your automatic
direct debit amount at the same time, the charge will be reduced to $2.00.
