Tag Deposit

$40 incl GST per tag (includes 1 bracket)

Please note, to be eligible to have your tag deposit refunded, tags must be returned in clean, unmarked and working order.

Additional Brackets

Additional brackets can also be ordered through E-way On-line at www.tollpay.com.au or by calling our Customer Service Call Centre on 1300 555 833. A $2 fee will be charged for postage and handling.

Alternatively you can take your tag into any one of the following locations to request an additional bracket:-

E-way® E-way Tag Service Centre, Unit 5, 66 Heathcote Road, Moorebank.
M5 Motorway, Administration building, Westbound (far left lane)
Eastern Distributor, 1st Floor Reception, 43 Bourke Street, Woolloomooloo

Motorcycle Pouches

Your motorcycle pouch is owned outright. They cost $15 each (incl GST & postage). Call our Customer Service Call Centre on 1300 555 833 to discuss which pouch option you would prefer.

Statement Charge

Electronic Statements are issued free. To be eligible, you must register your toll account with E-way On-line at www.tollpay.com.au.

Paper statements are issued quarterly or monthly, with a charge of $2.20 per statement.

Statement Reprints

You can reprint your statements for free If you have registered or applied for a Toll Account with E-way On-line. Click here to log in

Alternatively if a statement is prepared and delivered from our office the charge is $8.00 incl GST, per statement period.

Inactive Toll Account Charge

If your account is marked inactive under Clause 7 of the Terms & Conditions, an inactive toll account charge of $6.00 incl GST per quarter will apply.

Direct Debit Dishonour Charge (Cheque/Savings Accounts)

$8.10 incl GST, per dishonour.

American Express Surcharge

A surcharge of 1.2% of transaction value

Special Direct Debit

You can change your direct debit amount or top up your Toll Account online at E-way On-line at no charge. Register or apply for a Toll Account at www.tollpay.com.au.

If you call our Customer Service Call Centre requesting a top up or special payment to your Toll Account a $5 charge will apply. If you increase your automatic direct debit amount AND also make a top up or special payment to your Toll Account a $2 charge will apply.
