With E-way® and RTA Cashback, you can get a refund of your M5 and M4 tolls In January 1997 the NSW Government set up Cashback. Under this scheme you can claim back your M5 or M4 tolls if:
You claim your Cashback every three months depending on your cycle. Monthly statements claim at the end of March, June, September and December. Note that Cashback is administered by the NSW Government and E-way cannot provide any information as to the status of your Cashback claims. Please contact Cashback if you have any questions regarding your claim. To have your tolls refunded (excluding GST) simply fill in the Cashback claim form(*) and submit it along with your signed E-way® Cashback Pages to the RTA. For a quicker refund, submit an Electronic Funds Transfer form(*) with your Cashback Claim form. (*)Please note that these forms are on the RTA website, which is an external website to E-way.
