After your account has been established, you will receive an E-way® tag
welcome pack in the post. The pack will contain your E-way® tag and full
installation instructions. If you have ordered a tag for a motorcycle,
you may also receive an armband or toll rider pouch for your bike (optional).
There should also be a cleaning swab and any additional brackets or tags (if ordered).
To ensure your tag functions properly, it is vital that the tag be
installed and used correctly. If you have any concerns about the
installation of your tag, feel free to contact us on 1300 555 833.
Your tag is active as soon as you receive it, so once it is installed,
you are ready to go!
