If you don’t hear a beep of any kind when you drive through a toll plaza, there could be something wrong with your tag or how it is installed. You need to do something immediately if you wish to avoid extra costs and hassles.

Call us first and save a trip. We recommend that you call us on 1300 555 833 before you drop into one of our tag check/exchange offices, as in some cases we can resolve the issue over the phone.
