Changing your details

If you have a personal account and would like to change your details or add a second authority to your E-way toll account, you can either

Business accounts: Please submit your written request on company letterhead, sighed by the authorised party for your E-way toll account. Please fax to 02 9731 0488.

Please not that any changes made at E-way On-line can take 24-48 hours to update.

To update any account information related to your payment details

Please either user E-way On-line or return your updated payment details by completing one of the forms below

To update your Direct Debit details please print, complete and return the form. To update your Credit Card details please print, complete and return the form.
